If you believe that you have been disadvantaged due to insufficient accessibility of this website, you can contact the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Equality in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt.
To fulfill the tasks of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the federal states are currently establishing a joint body.
The Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) is expected to begin its work as a new public law institution on June 28, 2025, in Magdeburg, the state capital of Saxony-Anhalt. This is subject to the ratification of the state treaty by all federal states. The federal states are currently making the necessary preparations.
